EMC Computer Systems, represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, signed a lease agreement for office space in Gdański Business Center I in Warsaw’s Muranów

The beginning of July will see a new tenant moving into the Gdański Business Center I complex. The Polish branch of the American corporation EMC Computer Systems will take up 1 000 sq m on the eight floor of building A. This is already the sixth lease agreement signed this year for the modern office complex in Warsaw’s Muranów.

"Thanks to our team’s experience, the very effective collaboration with the international property department at EMC Computer Systems led to a smart selection of a new location in terms of the operational needs of our client. As a result of our support afforded to our client’s leasing and technical departments, we have succeeded in jointly negotiating extremely attractive financial terms in the Gdański Business Center building.” – comments Michael Richardson, Director, Corporate Services, Central and Eastern Europe, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Gdański Business Center I was launched in mid-2014 and constitutes the first stage of an investment implemented by HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Muranów. Completion of work on the next two office buildings comprising the Gdański Business Center II development is planned to take place in the first quarter of 2016. The total floor space of Gdański Business Center will be in excess of 98 000 sq m, which puts it amongst Warsaw’s largest office developments.

Over the past several months, HB Reavis signed lease agreements for office space in Gdański Business Center for a total of more than 6 800 sq m with companies such as WebInterpret, Solid Logistics and Ove Arup & Partners.

The complex is distinguished by its extremely attractive location in Warsaw’s Muranów, in the vicinity of a metro station and the Dworzec Gdański railway station. Another advantage of one of the largest office complexes in Warsaw is its modern architecture and top quality fit-out.

"The excellent quality is an advertisement in itself. HB Reavis uses top quality materials and we place great emphasis on the fit-out of our office buildings. It is with great pleasure that we are now watching the Gdański Business Center complex fill with prestigious tenants. We are happy that EMC, a worldwide corporation, has joined this group.” – comments Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board, HB Reavis Poland.
